Partnership Options

The Fund offers a range of partnership options to suit varied investment preferences and objectives.

Invest in the Fund

This option allows direct investment alongside the founding shareholders. Subject to Board approval, investment can be made in cash or through the contribution of land or housing in-specie. This option is ideal for those seeking a direct stake in the Fund's activities.

Asset Acquisition

The Fund actively seeks opportunities to acquire land or incomplete housing developments. This is a critical step in expanding its asset base.

Debt Financing

Engagements with lenders who share the Fund's objectives are ongoing. This approach diversifies the funding sources and can offer more flexible financing options.

Joint Ventures

The Fund is open to joint ventures with councils, iwi, developers, and community housing providers. This collaborative approach maximises resource utilisation and local expertise.
